To reorder commands or groups, use the drag-and-drop handles. You can also remove unwanted default tabs by choosing the Remove option, though caution is advised to avoid disabling essential functionality.


After arranging your tools to preference, click OK to save your changes. The new toolbar will appear immediately in the WPS Office interface.


Power users should update their layout as workflows evolve to ensure it remains responsive to changing needs. It’s also helpful to backup your ribbon settings by exporting the customization file, which can be restored after a reinstall.


Remember that standardized toolsets reduce learning curves, so consider copying your custom toolbar settings to other installations of WPS Office. Additionally, assign keyboard shortcuts to your most-used tools via the Shortcuts Manager to enable 100% keyboard-driven workflows.
