Ultimately, understanding chain fatigue means recognizing that true safety extends beyond nominal load limits. It’s about acknowledging that no chain is immune to cumulative damage. Ignoring the signs of fatigue or postponing service because it "looks okay" can have devastating consequences. Prioritizing early intervention and timely component turnover is not just good practice—it’s a vital safeguard for human life and operational continuity.
